Hooks Cooks provided this Terms & Conditions policy to define the rules for using our website HooksCooks.com and purchasing our homemade cookies, whether online or at events. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as shipping delays, incorrect address information provided by you, or third-party service errors (e.g., payment processors). Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website HooksCooks.com, placing an order, or purchasing our cooks at farmers markets or festivals, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all interactions with Hooks Cooks, a homestead commercial licensed business in New Hampshire. We may update these terms periodically, and the latest version will be posted on our website. 

2. Ordering and Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details. All prices, including shipping fees, are displayed at checkout, and you are responsible for covering these costs. We accept payments from all major cards. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Due to the perishable nature or our cooks, all sales are final, but we'll address issues like damaged goods on a case-by-case basis. 

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders on Monday and Tuesdays only to ensure your cooks arrive fresh before the weekend postal pauses. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on Sunday for Monday shipping or 12:00 PM EST on Monday for Tuesday shipping; otherwise, they'll ship the following week. We use USPS with an estimated delivery in 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Hooks Cooks is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carrier or incorrect addresses provided. you'll receive a tracking number via email once order ships. 

4. Our cooks are baked fresh to order using high-quality ingredients and packaged carefully to maintain freshness. We recommend consuming them within 5-7 days of delivery for the best experience. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at HooksCooksllc@gmail.com withing 2 days of receipt with details and photos, and we'll work to resolve the issue, though refunds are not guaranteed due to perishability. 

5. Dispute Resolution and Contact

If you have any issues with your order or our services, please reach out to HooksCooksllc@gmail.com or 1(603)707-6563 within 2 days of delivery or interaction. We'll respond within 2-3 business days to address concerns. These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, and any disputes will be handled through informal resolution or, if necessary, in New Hampshire courts.
