Hooks Cooks Strives to provide a delightful experience with every order, but please note that we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. By placing an order, you acknowledge that transit times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for the condition of packages after they leave our place, though we package each order with love and care to ensure quality. Shipping Policy - the basics

At Hooks Cooks, we're committed to delivering our fresh, homemade cooks to you in the best condition possible. To ensure your order arrives fresh and on time, please review our shipping policy below:

     Shipping days: We ship all orders on Mondays and Tuesday only. This schedule helps ensure your cookies reach you before the weekend, when the postal service may pause, keeping them as fresh as possible. 

    Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on Sunday for Monday shipping or 12:00 PM EST on Monday for Tuesday shipping. Orders placed after these times will ship the following week. 

     Shipping Methods: We use USPS Priority Mail for reliable, timely, and affordable delivery. Transit times typically range from 2-3 business days, depending on your location. 

    Shipping Rates: Shipping 

     Freshness Guarantee: Our cookies are baked fresh to order and carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit. To enjoy them at their best, we recommend consuming within 5-7 days of delivery. 

    Delivery Areas: We currently ship all around the United States. Contact us at Hookscooksllc@gmail.com for inquiries about international or special shipping requests. 

     Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey. 

    Important Notes:

       -We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). Please double-check your chipping address before submitting your order.
